Call for participation in the Journalism Students’ Association (JSA)
Photojournalism Seminar/Photo Exhibition
As part of activities marking the
annual Communication Students’ Association (COSA) Week, holding at the
Ojuelegba campus, JSA wish to announce to all her registered
members to participate in its maiden Photojournalism Seminar/Photo Exhibition
themed- “Photojournalism/Photography,
Trends, Opportunities and Challenges: An On-the-Job Experience,” on Tuesday, July 9, 2013.

Guidelines for Exhibition Participation
To participate in the exhibition
that will take place after the seminar, you must submit a minimum of one (1)
and a maximum of three (3) candid photographs shot by you. Save it in a CD/DVD
to be submitted to JSA Secretariat, no later than Sunday, July 7, 2013.
In addition to this, participants
must also print 8x10 copy(s) of their candid photographs, which will be
exhibited on the D-day on exhibition boards or cardboard sheets. Each Participant
can print between 1 and 3 copies of the photos. Their full names and matric must be inscribed on the exhibition
boards or cardboard sheets for easy identification during assessment by the
experts.
The Facilitators will do a
thorough assessment and critique of the exhibited candid photos and they will
approve the best for academic mouth-watery prizes.
NB: Members in Ojo campus should submit their CDs/DVDs to Foluso Sotomi
(ratified AGS) or Adeyemi Moses (Assistant Welfare Director). Those in
Ojuelegba campus should submit their CDs/DVDs to Ajayi Adelere (Gen. Secretary) or Asomba Ikenna (President).
Send your entries earlier; avoid fire-brigade approach.
